Frustration!
AddThis Social Bookmark Button

I'm frustrated. I've been eating in moderation, I haven't been snacking, and I've been eating better food. But I'm not seeing or feeling any results. I know that weight loss takes time, but I've lost one pound. I want to get rid of these big clothes and start wearing my nice clothes that used to fit. Last night I was so annoyed that I ended up eating half a pint of Ben & Jerry's "Phish Food" frozen yogurt right from the container. Luckily it wasn't the ice cream...

It can be frustrating! Has your trainer or nutritionist said anything about goals to set other than weight (steps per day or total minutes of movement) to keep you focused on goals that you can see/accomplish on a daily basis? I think it helps to have progress you can see everyday & set goals based on that rather than watching the scale.

Keep going!
