Help! I have been falling and can't get up. I have been snacking on
oatmeal cookies like crazy and I want more. I made some homemade oatmeal cookies last week and I know I ate at least 2 a day. One day I even ate one for breakfast. What a way to get my oatmeal.
I have also had a sweet tooth for the last week. I have constantly wanted sweets. Like today, I needed some ice cream and nothing else would do. Before I indulged in ice cream I had an apple to see if that would curb the craving but it didn't help. It might have even made it worse.
I have been stressed this year over the holiday season. I have done nothing on time and my to-do list is growing by the day. We usually decorate the day after Thanksgiving to kick off the holiday season. This year; let's just say we purchased our tree this weekend.
Moreover, not only am I hosting Christmas dinner at my house, but my husband and I are also giving our son a birthday party 4 days after Christmas. He will be turning one! While it's exciting that our baby will be turning one and it's his first Christmas, I am stressed about entertaining in our home.
I feel like the house should be near perfect and there's a lot to do before it reaches that point. There's less than 2 weeks left to prepare and I am ready to pull my hair out. This has left very little time to work out. I went to the gym yesterday but only completed my cardio portion of the workout once again. I just can't seem to get it together.
On top of that, I have been having really bad headaches and backaches and have been prescribed 800mg Motrin for the pain. Oh yeah, to top that off, I haven't lost any weight in the last two weeks as shown at my last weigh-in . That's depressing with itself. Hopefully, this time next week I'll be in better control of my life!
