We have really been having a hard time getting back on track after the holidays this year when it comes to bedtime. Especially since my girl is now an official “tween,” she really enjoys being a night owl and sleeping in! Combine that with some West Coast holiday travel, and well, we were a little “shell-shocked” when school started up earlier this month.
January and February also have a lot of “extra” days off, so we are really struggling to find our rhythm again. So I’m reminding myself of these tips to ease the bedtime blues so we can get some good rest and get out the door in the morning on time and happy. How about your family? Are your kids settled back into the routine by now?
