The Kids Are Alright - At Night

A recent report suggests that most children actually are getting the CDC’s recommended amount of rest for their age. For example, the researchers estimate that the majority of U.S. kids surveyed between 5- to 10-years-old are sleeping 10-11 hours a night. We are usually right in there, but we did miss a couple hours staying up for the Big Game this week!
