Just as a follow-up to yesterday's post, this article from PsychCentral summarizes some recent research from the University of Toronto adding to the growing body of researching demonstrating the importance of avoiding alcohol once you start trying to conceive. P.S. Looking for recipes for some truly marvelous mocktails? The LCBO has you covered.
