We Interrupt This Blog for This Important Health Message....

I was over at The March of Dimes website a few minutes ago and I noticed that they've put together this fabulous document outlining the signs of preterm labor.

Now before you say, "Preterm labor? That doesn't apply to me. I'm Ms. Lowrisk Pregnancy!" you might want to know one simple fact about preterm labor: preterm labor can happen to any woman in any pregnancy. In fact, as this document points out, only about half of moms-to-be who experience preterm labor fall into any known risk group.

So take a moment to read over this document. Better yet, print out a copy and shove it inside the back cover of your favorite pregnancy book. Low-risk pregnancy or not, you never know when you might need this kind of information.
