I have a problem going to sleep. It is not that I am thinking too much, but my body will just not be still. This is not typicaly RLS. Eating high carbohydrates is the only thing that seems to help. Any ideas as to the cause?

I've been sleeping better since I starting sleeping on an air adjustable bed. Definitely the right firmness for my body. I also have a friend who purchased a memory foam mattress (Tempurpedic or some other brand) and says she is now sleeping like a baby.

I need help! I quit smoking about two months ago and have had horrible insomnia since. I have had sporadic insomnia since I was a teen but it has never lasted more than a month at a time! Could quitting smoking contribute to my lack of sleep? My e-mail is : triciakitty@yahoo.com. If you can help I apreciate it!
