Any suggestions for those of us that continue to yo-yo? Just can't seem to keep it off and maintain. What are some good ideas to stop the cravings?

Anonymous said...: my post is for shingles treatment. I know there is no cure but my son has found that orajel (yes ORAJEL for toothaches) has helped best with the topical pain. He developed them over the christams holidays and they proved to ruin our skiing vatcation. My husband suggested trying it and it has worked like gangbusters. The salve is best not the liquid. just wanted to share this since it has really helped us!; Jan 1, 2009 2:42:00 PM
